What is it? Where do you even begin to find out more? What sources are the good ones and what sources are the not-so-good ones? How do you ask questions without being offensive?

I have been an instructor for over 25 years, but that’s not what sets me apart from the rest. What makes me unique is I have been working and instructing within government entities my entire career, specifically with law enforcement and fire rescue agencies, and I KNOW how personnel in these fields learn best.
